Our body products and oils have been carefully chosen using the finest ingredients to achieve the highest level of results. We use the most results-oriented skincare lines in the industry coupled with treatments using state-of-the-art equipment to achieve your skincare goals. Our professional staff is licensed and continually trained in the most advanced spa methods. The Spa is open to the public. You need not be a guest at our hotel to enjoy our Spa. Had a Sea Facial last night with Laurie – it was beyond amazing! Not only did the products feel so incredibly luxurious, but Laurie was wonderful. She was extremely knowledgable and had just the right touch. From the soothing facial treatments to the relaxing hand and neck massage, this was by far the best facial I’ve ever had! The spa itself was beautiful – such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere with a kind, attentive staff. I highly recommend the Beach Plum Spa and the Sea Facial!

I wanted so much to love this spa. I went in with my sister- in law to be. We went in for massages and pedicures. The staff was friendly the pedicures and massages were decent but not outstanding. The spa is in desperate need of some TLC. It looks run down and in need of a good cleaning.We also unknowingly picked a day to go when they were doing construction on the parking lot behind the spa. It was loud throughout our time there. I didn’t mind during the pedicures but it was completely frustrating during the message. Overall I wish we had traveled to the spa at Chatham Bars Inn. It wasn’t the high end spa experience that I had wished it would have been.

Went in to get a pedicure with my dad. (6/25) I was under the impression both pedicured would take an hour each. Both my father and I were in and out in 50 min. There was also nowhere for my to dry my nails so I was sent on my way with fresh wet painted toe nails. Was not worth it for the money spent. Very unfortunate because I had such high expectations for the spa.

As a spa owner I have high expectations. I was booked in last minute for a massage which was my fault (My confirmed reservation was 10/12/19 at 230pm at Hyannis Spa inside the Cape Codder). However, an appointment is an appointment. After sitting in a robe for 45 minutes waiting for my massage my treatment was canceled. I only found out it was canceled because I wandered around looking for someone. I was offered only “ we are sorry”. I would expect better customer service when a client is canceled last minute. I don’t have much free time and I lost precious time with my family waiting for a service that never happened.
