Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a wonderful experience here. I was traveling from out of town and needed my nails fixed very badly and on short notice. I called several places and all were booked. But luckily Beach Nails Spa got me in within an hour of me calling to schedule. So amazing! Even during the Covid protocols they were spot on! Very clean, super friendly staff, fair prices! And the amazing nail tech I had (Marsha or Martha) was very helpful with what I needed done. She took her time and made me feel like a queen! My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. I had a wonderful experience here. I was traveling from out of town and needed my nails fixed very badly and on short notice. I called several places and all were booked. But luckily Beach Nails Spa got me in within an hour of me calling to schedule. So amazing! Even during the Covid protocols they were spot on! Very clean, super friendly staff, fair prices! Critical: ProfessionalismHorrible customer service! I booked an appointment for a fill (with 3 broken nails) and was unhappy with my results. The 3 nails had no shape to them and the were very bulky compared to my other nails. It was a rushed job. The following day I called to share that I was unsatisfied with my nails. I was offered an appointment for the following day to get my nails “fixed”. I walked in, was greeted by a young lady, and proceeded to check in. The owner came up and the young lady said I was there to get my nails fixed. The owner said in a very nasty way, “Well, she has to wait!” I then said I had an appointment, that I had spoke to someone the day before and they told me to come in today. She looked at my nails and told me she didn’t see anything wrong with them and also said some other unprofessional things to me. She suggested that maybe my fingernails were crooked. At that point I said I would just like a refund and she told me I wouldn’t be getting a refund. The lady who originally did my nails came to the front and told me to come sit. Needless to say she did yet another horrible job. If I was unsatisfied the first time with her as a nail technician I don’t see why the owner wouldn’t have tried to make this situation right and offer to fix my nails or even have another nail technician fix my nails. Horrible customer service! I booked an appointment for a fill (with 3 broken nails) and was unhappy with my results. The 3 nails had no shape to them and the were very bulky compared to my other nails. It was a rushed job. The following day I called to share that I was unsatisfied with my nails.
