Save your time and money!!! I will NEVER come back!!! After 2 DAYS MY NAILS ARE LIFTING SO MUCH THAT MY HAIR IS GETTING CAUGHT IN THEM. I went here because everywhere outside they advertise $25 acrylics and $15 gel! The ladies are kind but I felt they scammed me. Sweet to me so I wouldn’t complain about the serious up charge. No where in the salon do they have an area with prices other than the ones I listed above. Posters are plastered everywhere with the cheap prices I mentioned. After completing my nails, they proceeded to tell me that my total was $65!!!! $50 for mine (double the price advertised) because they are “long” when they are medium length nails. Sandy my nail tech, didn’t mention anything being an up charge. Not once did they mention prices! I told them I came for acrylics and gel polish for my daughter when we walked in so I have no idea where the confusion happened. They gave me $15 off when I complained at the register but now I have to pay to get them completely redone because they have lifted so much. Not to mention my cuticles look worse than before I went in!!!

My experience with this salon has been quite bad. Looks like they have aversion towards Brown skin ladies. The lady who offered me the services behavior was pretty bad with me. I asked her to get the full set done and requested her to reduce the length of the mail on right hand , she got so flared up that she said I am supposed to tell her before she started doing sand tht she knows her job better and I am not supposed to question her. I don’t understand as a client am I not supposed to ask questions, raise a concern for length.. I am here for a holiday vacation, this came up unexpected and disappointing. I just want to say tht u guys should stop talking in ur local language in front of the customers, it’s little offending and when we ask questions y get irritated.
