I had my nails done on Tuesday by Saturday 3 were chipped bc of the lack of powder gel and the owner said it was my fault. After 4 days that shouldn’t happen. Cheap and low quality! Most outrageous is the fact that the sterilization machine I think does not work because in 10 minutes they get a working tool that is cold! Sterilization is not done in 10 minutes, so I think this fact is very bad! Any nail disease can happen to you!

The quickest set I’ve ever experienced, due to cutting corners. They don’t soften cuticles before trim, she hardly exfoliated my foot or massaged. She was rushing the job, and that sucks. They were nice and all and they fit me in when it was busy but their work was sloppy and the place was unsanitary. They put plastic gloves on you over the foil when you are soaking off SNS and they reuse the gloves over and over. I was disgusted! The girl taking care of me didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked for coffin shaped nails and it looks like I filed them myself (terrible) and there are bubbles in all of my nails. Never going back!

One of their main people was so rude to my daughter, she walked out crying. She refused to do what my daughter asked and just patronized her telling her and the people sitting next to my daughter that “she knew better.” It was very embarrassing and the work was not done well. Not to mention the karate chops to the neck that they call a massage. I tried to call the owner but he apparently doesn’t understand English. We will not be going back.

Gel manicures don’t last two weeks. They always chip. And to top it off they post signs that say tip in cash only – I had forgotten my cash and when I went to leave to go to the atm they made me stop and asked me in front of the whole salon if I was going to leave a tip. Bad business practice. Will never go back
