I’ve always had a positive experience here, however my last experience may lead me to never go back. I visited, and was at my actual goal weight after a bout of covid and a 3 day stomach virus, which I explained. I saw a new provider I hadn’t seen before, (not sure of her name) and she basically belittled me. I was there for my monthly check-in, was at goal weight (a first), and she basically told me there was no reason for me to be there, there was nothing further she could do for me. She told me she wouldn’t prescribe any RX’s, which I never asked for, with a “get lost” attitude. I got my B-12 shot and left. I prepaid for several months, and I’m questioning asking for some sort of refund. This place was amazing before this experience, everyone was always helpful. This one bad apple ruined it for me. I’m a provider myself, and would be ashamed to speak to a patient the way she did to me.
