First time here and the front desk receptionist was very friendly and polite! This is the most modern tanning salon I’ve been to with the most high tech beds and booths ever. I did the stand up which had a touch pad and voice control walking you through the tanning process. The touchpad allowed you to control the music volume, fan strength and turn off the voice control if you wish. It’s clean and bright. I’m happy I bought the month package!

Honestly, there’s no other tanning salon that’s better than this chain! David keeps up on the latest & best technology, his employees are knowledgeable, super friendly & happy to help. I’ll never go anywhere else – the enfield & South Windsor salons are my favorites but Enfield is where I’ve made friends. Everything is always very clean too. They’ve really set the bar for me & so I’m constantly comparing other salons & similar places with Beach House Tan. I’ve never gotten better color anywhere & they always stock all the newest & best tanning lotions, self tanners, extenders, accelerators & moisturizers. What David has done here is really special. I’ve never been happier.

I am extremely impressed with this salon. Not only is it exceptionally clean and well kept, but the equipment is state of the art. Staff is always, without exception; courteous, polite and knowledgeable. They run lots of great specials, which is always appreciated. Ive been to many salons throughout the state and have yet to find one that compares. I highly recommend Beach House!

For some reason the versa tan machine didn’t work on my skin, I don’t know why as I never had issues before when I spray tanned. I complained and was given 2 free tans, the owner was incredibly nice and fully refunded me. I went to Tommy’s tan instead because when I spray tanned there before it worked, but wow what a difference from beach house. Beach house has extremely clean facilities, Tommy’s was so dirty I didn’t even want to use the machine, I could not believe the difference between the places. Furthermore, the owner at beach house seems very passionate about his business and caring to his customers. I really respect and appreciate his customer service and the business he is running.

Trying tanning for the first time to get ready for engagement shoots and to get golden liked I used to get back when I didn’t work full time and could just swim all day. I was absolutely scared and nervous about the experience feeling completely lost. The lady that helped me the first time gave me the run down on every so patiently and thoroughly. Took the time to show my the hygiene and how to protect my eyes. I came in expecting to do the no commitment from what I learned on like but she said since I was trying it they had a 7 Day one to get a feel for things and to do the mid tier options so I could try a booth and a bed and swap around to get a feel. I didn’t even know I had that option from me reading their site or I missed it. I also appreciate they take your skins health into consideration doing lower levels and boosting a minute here and there. I work as. Makeup artist / estheticians. So I know the risks but they seem to care deeply about their clients. Unlike one place I talked to years ago and never tried because they rubbed me the wrong way and scared me off for 6 years. My second visit a nice man asked if I wanted to try the bed over the stall and walked me through everything again even showed me how I can protect my delicate face a bit more. And gave me advice to get a smooth even tan. Then today 20 minutes to close I was out of work early and had to go the the pleasant Valley strip after work so I thought it would be smart to ask if there’s time for a quick tan but I knew they where closing and told them it’s no big deal at all if they can’t but she got me all set up less then ten minutes in and out. Half way though my 7 day pass and I am truly impressed by the knowledge and cleanliness of the staff and salon. I will have to look into a plan that fits for me for the future because I’m trying to use my 7 days to get my money worth but after that I think I would be a once a week every two week kind of girl. It’s only been a few days but my dermatitis is looking so much clearer and being vegetarian I know I lack some vitamin d plus having SAD my mood has picked up a ton. I never thought I would enjoy this. Highly highly recommend this establishment if you are going to tan. A lot of my clients ask me about tanning and now I finally have experience to recommend somewhere safer with highly knowledgeable staff.

I rarely give bad reviews, and I wish I could give each employee a review because most of the other ppl I have come across here are great! But this one blonde that works nights gets on my nerves! Tonight is the second third time she has made me wish I didn’t have a membership here. I rushed from work to hope an catch them still open, I rarely even use my membership because it’s 15 minutes away but at the time I got it I lived closer. So I have 9 minutes to spare (which she told me was 7 until I checked when I went out to my car and I took a photo of the place just to prove her wrong if it came to that) well she told me AGAIN as she has told me when I had 12 minutes til they closed that because of insurance reasons I couldn’t tan pass 9oclock! I’m not from Ct so maybe this is a state rule, but I’ve been tanning since age 14 when u could lol but never have I heard they had to cut ur time short because of insurance? I dnt know what to believe but I do know I was never told this when I signed up. Why wouldn’t they have their policy cover till 9:15pm and stop taking ppl at 9:00 LIKE THE DOOR SAYS! I hate businesses that do that, it’s like why not close at 8:45 then if ur not open for business anyway? So now I went 15 in the opposite direction and all I wanted to do is relax for a second and get a service I’ve been paying for. Smh
