Beach House is fantastic! The spa is beautifully decorated and has plush, comfy oversized chairs for pedicures. The overall vibe is upscale relaxation. I like to bring a book, cozy up into the pedicure chair and relax and this is just the place to do so!

Everyone was super great and my nails look fantastic! My only minor issue is that the tables they do your nails at are too high. I’m a part time wheelchair user and if I’d rolled in there with my chair, I would not have been able to reach the counter.

I went to Beach House Nail & Bar for a gel manicure and pedicure. I had an appointment, and waited over 30 minutes for my services to begin. While I sat there, the manager did the owner’s nails, instead of beginning on mine. The tech who did my nails was very sweet, but the job was not worth the $ 135 cost. Several of the services listed under the Luxe package I booked were not performed (no mask, no hot stone massage) This place is poorly run with no emphasis on customer service. I will not be back.

My friend made an appt for nail services for she and I. When we showed up they did not have enough staff to have our nails done at the same time. No big deal we weren’t in a rush. When my nails were done there were many unpainted portions and cuticles unattended. I shared this with the manager and was told this was because I did not get the “full service”. I was not aware of what this was since it was not offered. They were having a rough day and understaffed. I can understand. As I was walking out the manager then suggested we make a future appt to, presumably, make it right. However, they then canceled the make-it-right appt on the day of. I called to reschedule. No call back. Strange experience all around.

Critical: ValueI got a Beach House manicure and had high expectations given the price. I’m used to getting a gel manicure but the nail tech insisted to try the dazzle dry since it’s supposed to last longer than gel. She was very sweet and kind! Kept a natural conversation going. Things that I notice I didn’t like: my cuticles weren’t pushed back, the nail polish was really thick so 2 coats was a lot. My nails nicked shortly after leaving and it’s now chipping 4 days after. I’m used to getting a gel manicure but the nail tech insisted to try the dazzle dry since it’s supposed to last longer than gel. She was very sweet and kind! Kept a natural conversation going. The service I received was so professional and I really appreciated that…especially because I was 34 weeks pregnant when I went last and they made me feel very comfortable. The service I received was so professional and I really appreciated that…especially because I was 34 weeks pregnant when I went last and they made me feel very comfortable. This is the only nail salon I will go to!! I have been going regularly (every 2 wks) for a few months now and always love my experience! Everything about the inside of this place is beautiful I love it! I see Millie for my nails and she is amazing! The pedicure was excellent, best I’ve had in a long time. The spa is attractive but not very well designed. The chairs are large and if you are short, you have to recline in order to put your feet on the foot rest. My appt was 30 minutes late and I paid for a 60 minute pedi which lasted 45 minutes. The bowls are elevated up 2 steps, not easy to get in or out of.
