AMAZING! Run…don’t walk to Rosendo. A Miami institution; he’s been at The Beach Club Salon 29 years. It’s a PERFECT location in South Miami. Rosendo knows hair. He consulted with me before my service, and did not only EXACTLY what I wanted, but better! Instead of bleach highlights, he did color highlights and I couldn’t be happier. The cut and blow dry equally incredible. You won’t be sorry.

Good Color and Blowout but ruined my Kerasilk. I had to attend a meeting in Miami and needed my hair colored. I purposely chose this salon because they are Goldwell and figured they would know what products to use with Kerasilk. I must have mentioned 20 times that i had had a Kerasilk treatment 2 weeks prior. Not sure what they used on my hair but i’m back to curls and no more silky shine – $300 lost!

Don’t walk…RUN AWAY FROM BEACH CLUB SALON!!! They have two Groupon options on their Groupon site. I used the one that was the “dye/haircut/blow dry” about 6 months ago and didn’t have any issues at that time. I am fully aware that you are not allowed to buy the same Groupon a second time. So about three months ago, I bought the other option, which was “haircut & blow dry” only. I made my appointment over three weeks ago for last Friday, Dec. 15 because that is the day of my company holiday party. Well, when I got there, I greeted the lady that did my hair last time and told her I couldn’t wait because tonight was my company holiday party and she said, “did you get a Groupon” and I told her that yes, I purchased the second option and she said “no, you can’t use two Groupon” and I repeated that I had purchased the other Groupon option that they have. She then shouted out for the owner and made me go outside for him to talk to me. OMG…this man is so full of himself and while he was talking to me, he was chomping on a pastry and had crumbs all over his black sweater (gross) and proceeded to tell me that they are “professionals” there and only take one Groupon. I told him that the same Groupon is never available to purchase a second time and I didn’t need a long song and dance as to why they can’t help me and asked him if he could have some consideration because tonight was my holiday party. He and she both said “sure, just pay the difference”. I walked away very upset and luckily, I found another place that would do my hair and they did an amazing job. This place is greedy and very UNPROFESSIONAL and after reading other reviews, now realize that they have issues with Groupon users. You can find a much better salon for a lot less than this pompous place.
