I was denied phentermine after a high blood pressure reading. It seems every time I go to this clinic my blood pressure is high. Sometimes they use a different monitor and low and behold it’s a normal reading. These numbers do not match my home readings, but since this is a professional place I trusted their readings. So I was confused when I went to my best friend’s house and told her I have high numbers, and she checked them and they were normal. Fast forward to today. Shortly before visiting the clinic to pick up the already purchased pills I went to Kaiser Permanente to have my blood pressure checked. It was 130/79. I showed the nurse in the office my paperwork. Somehow after 15 minutes and a three mile drive it went up to 146/92. Something is wrong here, when it’s only higher at this clinic. They are also inconsistent in prescribing, since they have given me medication when my BP reading was higher. I requested a copy of my chart. I researched Phentermine today and it shows who should not take the medication. Hypertension is not on the list, however it does say it is not recommended for people who have SEVERE or OUT-OF-CONTROL hypertension. I have neither. In fact a have perfect readings for the last four visits at Kaiser. Thankfully that’s easy to look up in my portal. If you visit this clinic, do not go into the room on the right closest to the wall. That is where I have twice received incorrect readings. Extremely disappointed in the time I’ve wasted at this clinic. The only thing positive I can say is the front office gals and the girls who you enter the room with are always very nice.

This place is amazing! I’ve been a client for the last year and a half and have had great results. The entire staff is more than helpful and friendly and will walk you through the process. My first week there I lost 4lbs and consistently kept losing more each week. I’m approaching my birthday and hope to lose the last 10lbs that have been carrying on. You will not be disappointed with this place, you will wish you had started years ago. I have referred coworkers and several friends who have had amazing results as well. Ive been going here for about 2 months. the first month i lost a total of 8.5 lbs then i had to take a week off because i went on vacation but I am back on track now and have been for 3 weeks. This place is my motivation to loose the weight i want. The great part about this place is they are so supportive and understanding. Ive literally tried every diet in the boo and this place seems to have done the trick for me. Not only do the meds they give me really help with all the cravings and energy but they gave me advice on a healthier diet and ways to exercise. The staff here is amazing very professional and comforting, especially because I am very self conscious about my weight. My favorite part about going into the office is if i have to bring my 20 month old daughter with me to the visit they have a kid play area with a bunch of toys for her to keep her entertained. They try and get you in and out as quick as they can and i never have to wait more than 5 minutes for the nurse to see me. I love that my friend told me to start coming here, it worked for her and Its working for me as well. I like that they have a referral program because if i get two friends who want to do it too i get a free weeks supply. The locations is great too because its right around the corner from my house!

The staff is extremely nice, nonjudgmental and make you feel very comfortable. They were very helpful to answer any and all questions I may have had. I never felt rushed, and they truly seem to care about the patient. The prices are very fair compared to others I have seen and they offer discounts and specials which the lady at the front told me about. The girl giving me my shots was great, and I barely felt the injection at all! Definitely recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. When trying to lose weight, the most important thing is the support that you get. I have had success losing weight here unlike any other weight loss programs I’ve tried. Not only do they give you the tools, they give you the emotional support that you need to reach your weight loss goals. The staff takes the time to help you learn how to food shop, count calories, and stay active. The appetite suppressants and B12 shots give you that extra edge to stay on track and on goal. Unlike other places, they don’t charge extra for the B12 shots! This program is so easy to follow and affordable, at only $25 a week, there’s no excuse to not get on track and lose weight.
