I love the beds here and majority of the girls are super sweet but the past three days I have went in it’s the same girl (who is doing nothing every single time) gives me the dirtiest looks. I can look past it a few times but I’ve went everyday this weekend and someone will set me up with a bed while she stands and gives me looks. Not a good face to have standing in the front….

Update on the 5 star rating I gave five years ago: so I’ve been going here for quite awhile now…and I’ve never had one problem or issue or moment of dissatisfaction. Everyone has always been friendly and accommodating 100% of the time. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a member of Beach Bum since the day it opened. Their beds are amazing. It is expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for. I only use beds 1, 3, & 5 and the spray for the cooling mist hasn’t worked for several years. I only have 2 issues that I hope can get changed. Lately, especially today, the floors in the beds were littered with trash. There are no trash cans in the rooms and the floors are dirty and the staff leaves trash on the floor. One other thing is when there is a long line waiting to check in, only one register is open. The girls stand in a huddle on their phones and just let you stand there. This is EVERY TIME I go. I really believe the use of cell phones should be limited to the break room, especially when it’s busy.

I’ve been a member of BB for many years. I love this particular location (the Commons, Martinaburg). The staff is amazing. They’re always friendly, helpful and understanding of crazy work schedules. They are patient and accommodating, even if you arrive minutes before closing. The store is always clean and the beds are the best around!! It can get a little pricey but, you are getting quality beds and products . Definitely Reccomend

I absolutely love Beach Bum. They have fantastic beds that get you really tan really fast. The staff is extremely nice and helpful but my favorite thing is definitely their spray tans. They customize it to fit you perfectly. Anytime I have had a special occasion or just want some extra color, they consistently make me look flawless. All of the staff is awesome but if you get the option, ask for Gabbie. She’s the best.

UPDATE: The manager contacted me regarding my review and I have been pleased with the establishment since then. My daughter also had an incident the day I spoke to him and he handled that situation immediately. So I am gonna increase my star rating. I havent had any issues since talking to management and am quite happy and content using Beach Bum for my tanning needs. I was impressed as to how quickly management contacted me to make things right when i wasnt satisfied with the services I was receiving……………Will update again in 2 weeks

The customer service was outstanding here! My daughter purchased a beautiful spray tan for a Holiday party. I received a super tanning experience. And everything was clearly explained to me. They also gave me a sample of some fast-acting tanning cream. I will definately return!

Beach Bum is my favorite place to tan! All of the staff are so incredibly friendly! 🙂 I always feel welcomed when I walk through the door! They are very professional and they always make sure you are just as happy walking out of the door, as when you came in! The beds are always super clean as well.

I absolutely love beach bum!!! Staff is so amazing & the place is very clean! However I do wish it wasn’t so expensive, & that they did more specials.. also the mist options hasn’t worked in any of the beds, which really sucks because when I used to go there they did.. but overall such a positive experience will be the only place I tan!
