Critical: ProfessionalismAt the end of last summer I called and asked to cancel my monthly membership, but they still attempted to charge me. Thankfully I signed up using my ‘unscrupulous but necessary vendor’ prepaid card which graciously declined their unauthorized attempts. This year, they would not let me sign up again unless I paid them 80-ish dollars for a month after I had attempted to cancel. The lady I spoke with offered to speak with her manager about it, and I told her to please do that, but I heard nothing from them. On a side note, my girlfriend asked to cancel at the same time as me, beach bum suggested they pause her account, so she did that — but they never informed her they would be charging her a five dollar per month fee for the privilege of receiving nothing from them. For the premium these folks charge to use their melanoma machines one would think they’d make an attempt at service. At the end of last summer I called and asked to cancel my monthly membership, but they still attempted to charge me. Thankfully I signed up using my ‘unscrupulous but necessary vendor’ prepaid card which graciously declined their unauthorized attempts.
