It is a shame I cannot give less than one star b/c this place deserves a negative rating. I have been to this location 3 times over the course of the last three weeks. Visit #1 – a disappointment as the bulbs in the tanning machines were definitely end of life. I spent 12 minutes in one of their “high end” booths and got zero tan. I would gotten a better tan by sticking my face in front of the refrigerator light…lol Visit #2 which was one week later – the girl(brunette) at the counter was having a meltdown b/c the computers were not working or something along those lines. I could not tell you what the actual problem was b/c the girl at the front desk LITERALLY INGORED everyone waiting in the lobby. I watched four customers walk out and the girl did not have the courtesy to tell us what is going on. I walked out as well. Visit #3, which was yesterday the same counter girl with the same terrible attitude, was at the front desk – there was a couple WAITING to pay and myself. My favorite counter girl was too busy checking her email, making sure her cleaning solution had enough water in it or whatever. She did not acknowledge me or the other couple. She just went on about her personal business while customers waited… I walked out again. It seems like this place does not care about customers or training their staff how to be friendly and courteous.
