I have been going here for years and today I get here at 6:35pm the doors are lovkef so I knocked and the girl at counter gives me a sign with her hands crossing her neck I guess to say it’s closed (which I thought was so rude unprofessional). I got in my car called the phone and the girl who answered said they close at 7pm so I said it’s only 6:35 pm why is the doors locked this has never happened in the 12 years I been coming here she said well today it does because I have to count the draw and she hung up on me. She was highly unprofessional rude and nasty tonight! All the other girls are sweet. So now I lost a session after driving from work in queens to get here on time, I should of went to Oceanside instead! I’m very I’m very upset! P.S. she let two girls in go in as I pulled up before she locked the door!

I went in today for my first time ever going tanning. Place was very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly! The girl who did my spray tan was FANTASTIC. I got the airbrush tan and my initial reaction was I was too dark! But that’s only because I’m not used to seeing myself with a tan!! LOL The color is perfectly even all around and she was very informative and friendly! Very happy with the experience and my tan looks awesome!! Thank you!

I understand businesses have to close early because of covid, but a one time courtesy extension for the tans I missed because I work late would be nice. i’ve been coming here for years and closing early is an inconvenience for a lot of people. Tanning

Critical: CleanlinessYou would think if your paying 200$, you could atleast be tanning in a clean bed.everytime without fail there are fingerprints on top in the inside. On top of it I was waiting 15 min for my bed which is fine. Then the last customer came out of the room. But the employee was in the corner on there phone. I could I of been in the room already!!! Best place to tan the diamond blueberry bed is the most amazing tanning bed I’ve used in my life. Best results after 1 day and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I recommend the seaford location to all of my friends and family it’s that great.
