I wouldn’t recommend a spray tan from Beach Bum. They offer all these add ons and for the price the tan does not last. Got it Thursday evening for Friday. It was coming off Monday.

With a crazy work schedule and not enough time to be outside, been tanning for a while. Since my regular place closed I figured I would try here. Lots of choices, great hours, nice 30 day trial price. In two week I have reported 4 bulbs out in 5 and nobody seems to report it. Tonight they are still out so they send me to 10. 4 bulbs out! I will happily change this review if it changes in my last two weeks.

I am always so satisfied walking out of here!! I always get the airbrush spray tan and I’m always so happy walking out. They are always so kind and answer all my questions. The girls behind the desk and airbrush artist are so sweet! The tan always looks so natural and I always get so many complements when I come out of the salon! I love beach bum tanning!!!!

Staff was very rude and unprofessional, I’ll never go back to this salon. I know they are supposed to get you to buy packages, but I didn’t want one, I just wanted a single tan no matter how much it costs because I didn’t have an extra $100 for tanning, which I shouldn’t have had to explain. After I turned down the package deal the girl was extremely rude and only speaking to the other girl working completely ignoring me and my questions about the bed I was using. Asking for a towel, lotion and how to turn the bed on was a joke because they were too busy talking about their love lives to acknowledge me. I will NEVER go to this tanning salon again, Pacific tanning and Arizona tanning are way better with friendly workers who care and actually acknowledge you. This place was a joke!!

I went in there for an airbrush tan before my nephews wedding. I think it came out great I got a lot of compliments. The price was very reasonable because I was a new customer is by want airbrush get one free. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I had a spray tan done by hand and everyone noticed in the good way, knew I looked great and got sun but couldn’t peg it for fake. Even when I told the few it was spray they couldn’t get over how natural it looked. 100% will go back repeatedly.

Horrible customer service. This is the 4th time I have been charged for a CANCELED membership. I have attempted to contact corporate or a manager several times and apparently they never work! How Incompetant that they can’t cancel a membership correctly!
