I got a spray tan from Christine, she was nice but the tan came out terribly UN even and orange. Called and complained they gave me a free airbrush tan which I appreciated. But I came back and got sprayed by a different girl named Kristen, she seemed very judgy and the tan came out 10x worse so I just gave up on the location. Now I go to the commack location now and Victoria gives me the best spray tans

Paid for air bush. Used blocking cream on hands. Girl was nice. Paid extra to have something sprayed that ensured you would not turn orange. Woke up with very orange palms. Went back to see if they had something to remove it. They did. I COULD BUY it..when I said I didn’t want to buy a fulll bottle just wanted them to fix it. They told me nothing they could do. They had the stuff right there. But would not use it to correct their mistake. Oh and don’t bother paying for the extra spray to avoid orange it did not work

Recently went to this location and all I can say is it looks absolutely beautiful with new renovations. The reason I love this location the most is because of how wonderful and friendly the staff are, the level of cleanliness is always a 10, and the beds give me the best color due to the upkeep of bulb changes! Sharon is always so helpful, and welcoming. Thanks for making my tanning experience a relaxing one!

I have been going here for YEARS. The staff has always been absolutely amazing but most importantly always helpful. Recently they got new ownership and the place got a facelift which literally makes you feel like you are going into a beach resort even if it is the middle of winter. If you are debating on where to go you absolutely have to go to beach bum. Trust me you won’t be disappointed!

Been going to this location for years. Always felt welcomed, but must say, over the past year, or so, the level of customer service has exceeded my expectations. Sharyon, I believe whom is manager, always makes me feel so welcome, like she has known me for years. This is rare nowadays. I was there earlier this evening and Sharyon, as well as another employee, Courtney, whom has also been beyond outgoing, professional and courteous to me, was also there. They both greeted me by name, and I observed them doing same with other customers/clients. They put a smile on everyone’s faces. It’s hard to find this level of service anywhere!! Great job! Have recommended this location to numerous friends. 3 of which signed up over past two weeks for our friends upcoming wedding. Thanks too both of these young girls who definitely have strong work ethics.
