Don’t waste your time , I’ve been a customer for years and I’ve never been this disappointed and dissatisfied. They don’t change the bulbs ,you will not get any color. Just a rip off. Also the girls behind the counter get treated like garbage as if it’s their fault, but it’s not . I’ve been trying deal with corporate about this and it has not been resolved. Please go elsewhere ,anywhere besides beach bum corp.

She helped me with the paperwork, directed me to which tanning UV booth was best suited for me, recommended a great tanning lotion, walked me through the process, and even reduced my 12 minute time to 10 because she was worried about me burning for the first time. She was pretty young and still one of the most professional employees I’ve been helped by. She helped me with the paperwork, directed me to which tanning UV booth was best suited for me, recommended a great tanning lotion, walked me through the process, and even reduced my 12 minute time to 10 because she was worried about me burning for the first time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but I’m disappointed in how my (medium) spray tan came out. I put the blocking lotion on my hands but it feels like the only thing that DID get tan was my hands and my arms have no color. I ended up putting some of my own Loving tan foam on my arms to try and balance after paying $30 to get it done there. Frustrating

Critical: ProfessionalismI was told yesterday that the spray tan person would be there til 7 and they had all the availability in the world and could fit me in any time til 7. Even spoke to another girl on the phone this morning. I arrived outside of the salon at 5:40. They refused to see me saying the close at 6…. even though the website says it closes at 8. I also mentioned can’t I just use the spray machine quick but they shut it down early. Refused to see me. I drove all the way here from Suffolk County. What an outstanding experience! I have been using the Mystic spray at other Salons and Beach Bum far exceeds in performance. The tanning booth is truly state of the art. Marie provided all the necessary information for this tanning experience. She was pleasant,professional and focuses on customer satisfaction. I recommend Beach Bun to all my friends and business associates who are just too busy to get to the Islands during the cold/snowy months. Again, Thank you Marie!

Coming here for long time, Usually come on the Sunday’s use titanium level beds, last time was busy so Erica advise to check on another bed same level,so i did went yo look at that it took me last then a minute and she put sameone else in the room i want it to go originally, then the manager came Rob, and told me to go in very “popular” one bed #2 NOT, was chipper level bulbs old , when i finished i ask them to put credit on my account bc it was not equivalent to what i pay for, and completely wrong bed for my needs! So i left my phone #, and told Erica to make sure Rob will call me back, he never did, and credit was never issued, so enjoy my review!

I come here every once in a while, buy the packages and forget about them. I came back the other day and bought a package, but first asked if I had any left from before and the girl said no. I finished my tanning session and on my way out she let me know that I had some that had expired but she credited them back to my account, which was really sweet of her as I didn’t ask or expect that at all.
