REALLYYYY LOVE THIS PLACE!! Use to goto the location in Long Island MANY years ago!! The packages are set up PERFECT except, the prices have REALLY REALLY REALLY GONE ALL THE WAY UPPPP!!! When I useto go it was Unlimited Tanning per month 1 time a day for the level of bed you chose (NEVER Was there a “SET UP FEE” as well, and I did the 2ND TO HIGHEST BED and paid NO MORE THEN $50 A MONTH)!! Now, its ALOT MORE (and I honestly cannot even afford to pay OVER $100 a month with everything going on today W the economy etc. BUT, if you CAN afford it, ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND GOING and doing an Unlimited Monthly Package!! Also, I useto work in a Tanning Salon for MANY MANY YEARS, and if you DO go MAKE SURE you invest in a GREAT BOTTLE OF TANNING LOTION for INDOOR BEDS!! They are usually a FORTUNE in the SALON ITSELF so you can Google “INDOOR TANNING BED LOTION FOR TANNING BEDS”.. You will get a sense of what the popular lotions are by doing this PLUS you’ll pay $25 for Lotion you would’ve paid $125 in directly at the Salon. Also, if you tend to tan quick and don’t always “Burn” I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND going with a Lotion that says it has a “Tingle Factor” in it. Critical: Professionalism, ValueThey don’t care about loyal customers . This is my second review , the first time I left a review they called me and resolved and asked me to take it down . it’s going right back up . Been going here for over 20 years and I was told in December my last session would be able to roll over to a new package . when I go the girl tells me no . If a customer is willing to buy a new package and they’ve been going there for 20+ years , you should have no problem rolling it over . They don’t care about loyal customers . This is my second review , the first time I left a review they called me and resolved and asked me to take it down . it’s going right back up . Been going here for over 20 years and I was told in December my last session would be able to roll over to a new package . when I go the girl tells me no . If a customer is willing to buy a new package and they’ve been going there for 20+ years , you should have no problem rolling it over . But customer service is non existent .

Critical: ProfessionalismI’m not one to write bad reviews, but this one was warranted. Back in February I purchased a package of 5 tans, and got to use 2 before they closed for Covid. Last night I went in around 6:40, the 2 ladies told me that my paid for package expired. How did the package expire when I paid over 100 for it, and then they closed for Covid. When I bought this up, they told me they sent out emails and texts of their reopening. I never received a thing. She tells me they don’t have my email on file. Ok. When I tell them I don’t understand and it makes no sense I paid for it already, they condescendingly told me “no, it does make sense.” Instead or helping me understand why. The only way they would honor the package I paid for is if I bought another one with her. Under normal circumstances, maybe. But to be closed for months during the pandemic then tell me my money was lost unless I spent more money is absurd. I’m not sure if it’s because she wasn’t making the commission off of me, Or because she would have to clean the room when they close in 20 minutes. My friend asked for a refund on his and we both left. Very unprofessional. On a side note, we called beach bum plain view and even that store apologized for bayside being rude, and not reinstating the tan package I paid for, because they told me to come in right away and reinstated it for me with the click of a button.
