I have been tanning at this location for quite a while, and confidently say their customer service is unrivaled. Specifically, Ryan and his manager Lizzie were friendly, efficient, and reasonable when I had asked for an extension on my tanning package. I did have an unrelated skin condition (tattoo allergic reaction) that I explained, but they had already given me a courtesy extension on my package. I haven’t ever had a negative experience at beach bum Paramus, but employees like Ryan and Lizzie make me happy to come back, because they do not waste my money or my time, and put a smile on my face— even over the phone.

I compete in men’s physique competitions and tanning is a huge part of the lifestyle. When I go there the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Kayla who is the absolute best. Amber was an amazing artist and staff member as well but she transferred to another location. Evalina sprays me also at this location and is so friendly. All the artist are well trained and very professional. They are so knowledgeable in what they do. They can explain color and mixtures and all different things that you may require. Another thing is that the place is absolute spotless and I feel so safe even during this pandemic. Nice location. Very well maintained clean clean clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Always offering additional services or specials, but that’s a big part of their business once you wall in the door. Seems to cater to mostly young women. Female staff is on site to lend a hand. Quickly signed up and ready for tanning.
