Honestly, I had no issue with this company for years – I was a customer for YEARS – until I decided to come back to it and start up a membership again for unlimited monthly tanning 2 months ago. It was $234 and on top of that they charged me for $271 the next time I was there for some reason. I had a tragic family emergency, after I’d tanned maybe 6 times in a week and a half – only – then asked the management to make an exception since I’m dealing with a family sickness and death (clearly haven’t been in there) and instead of do that, I’m told that the contract is solid and I’ve officially paid $234 + $92 for at most – 6 tans (haven’t been there in over a month and a half). Unfortunately, this horrifying place seems to be the only option to get a fake tan in that area and that’s so unfortunate. Because now that I’ve paid FIFTY-FIVE dollars PER TAN at a company that doesn’t respect me or have any empathy whatsoever (obviously since I expressed my devastation both emotionally and financially during my family’s time of need), it’s so unfortunate that they’re still going to keep doing this to others. I even have a body wrap session left there that I’ll never see come back to me. Just another devastating blow during a very rough time. No such thing as humanity I guess.
