If I could I give this establishment 0 stars I would! Take your business elsewhere, the staff here has NO consideration for you time. They work on their schedule not yours even if you were told they where available for an appointment. I had an appointment at 2pm (arrived at 1:50pm) and was not helped at all. No other salon in the Charlotte area does this! If other salons are overbooked they will tell you so you don’t waist your valuable time, but this salon won’t tell you!! I left the salon at 3:23pm with no hair cut! She helped three other people, during my time. She just sat them down and ignored me. I didn’t even get an apology from the lady. I texted her and told her how rude it was for her to waste my time and waited for a couple of hours to give her a chance to reply and be professional. No reply.
