I had the miradry done here I did a lot of research on it and knew it did not completely get rid of under arm sweat for most people but the majority of people saw an 80% or more improvement after 1 treatment and less than 15% of people require a second treatment for full results. I made sure to ask during the consultation if me having light hair under my arms would effect the results as the miradry is a laser that targets the fair follicle. I was assured that would not effect my results. I did require more anesthesia but was also told that would not effect my results. The girl doing my treatment told me in the past 5ish years she had only seen 1 person get a second treatment and it was to get 100% sweat removal. I knew going into it that it would most likely not be 100% effective my first time and assumed I would still sweat but I would have been happy with even a 20% improvement as I have hyperhyrosis and sweat constantly. I had this done in march it has been 7 months and there was zero improvement in my sweating. I contacted the office saying there was no improvement at all not even 1% it honestly might have even gotten worse. I was told there is no garuntee if it will work and I could pay to do it again. I asked if it didnt work at all the first time would it work if I did it a second time? They said it definitely should, to which I said I was told that the first time also, infact I was never told there was a chance I would get zero results, just that it might not completely stop my sweating. They said there is no garuntee or money back option if it didnt work after me paying the second time either so I did not go forward with the second treatment. I gave 2 stars because when I went in everyone was very nice it just sucks that I paid for a service that I got zero results for without ever being told that would be a possibility. And when specifically asking if certain things might effect the results I was assured they wouldn’t.
