I have went here several times and recommended customers from work and friends here as well. This time when I went in for Botox on my forehead it took unevenly, while the rest of my forehead relaxed, the center bulged out and rolled. I called a week after getting it done and let them know what it looked like and was told I could come in and they would fix it. I ended up having to pay another $120 for the couple units it took to hopefully fix this. When I said I thought I was coming in to get it fixed no one said it was going to cost more , I was told it was placed unevenly so we had to use more to fix it..? I didn’t place it so why am I having to pay for the correction . Prices are really good when you first start going here, but after you become a repeat customer they seem to increase every time. I don’t care that the botox didn’t look as good as normal, I care that I’m having to pay extra for the uneven placement instead of it being corrected like I was told it was going to be.

I spent 1,500 and went 3 times, I cancelled my fourth paid for appt. It took my time, and I got several marks and pain for months waiting for the whole year it is supposed to last. The slight difference is uneven on both sides. I am a seamstress and just want to warn women. I don’t even do Amazon reviews, but I care.

Dr. Bowers and his staff are exceptional. Cricket is so kind. I brought my baby to my appointment with me and needed to heat up his bottle. She was kind enough to take time from her desk to get me some hot water to heat it up. Thank you Cricket! Dr. Bowers and Sam are amazing as well. Dr. Bowers is always so nice and really takes the time to make sure you’re happy with your results. He is so knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. I can’t recommend them enough. This will be my forever home for erasing my wrinkles 🙂
