Critical: ProfessionalismUnprofessional I already had been seen a couple weeks ago .I found a offer 130.00 through Groupon. As well spent 150 cash at office as well. However I called to cancel appointment last min due to issues w my car I got no voicemail and no return call …I called back that evening and left a voicemail.As well called back this morning.She tried to over talk me and accuse me of lying about calling yesterday .So I sent her a screen shot of my outgoing calls made. She said the Only reason I was calling now was because I noticed the 100$ debt from my account at the bank! Never recieved an apology after I sent her my screen shot of my out going calls. Yes I was already aware of the cancellation fee….But her attitude was ridiculous.I told her to.keep the money best believe … I will take my money elsewhere.. She was rude and unprofessional. Service from the Nurse practitioner was good however I called about my one eye which appears to droop. I was told to wait 2 weeks before being seen.So my sake I can care less…. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI went there with a Groupon… so I understand it is a discount but I wanted threads to and she “trains people” to do them – meaning she’s good. Well she said they wouldn’t work because my sag was to much and it would cost 4500.. I’m 49 so I was mortified! She messed up my dysport I had to go to someone else to have it fixed and she up sold me saying I need more! I went to a really good place and love my threads didn’t even spend a thousand! Great experience with Dr Rae…she’s very knowledgeable…she educates her clients and offers many alternatives. I ultimately chose Ultheraby. Kameron, her assistant did an amazing job. The treatment was mildly uncomfortable….very tolerable. I would highly recommend Dr Rae.

I bought my voucher for dysport on Groupon. I had botox prior to this at another office. It took me 2+ months to get an appointment because this Dr. sells vouchers so heavily on Groupon. That was understandable, to a degree. I met the Dr. and she was very kind…at first. She tried to sell me Rodan & Fields which is a skin care line which is also pyramid sales. My friend sells the same product. You do not have to be certified in anything to sell this product. So what this Dr. does is she tries to get you to “sign up” under her and then she makes a commission on you monthly. She was trying to get me to “sign up” under her and when she told me the price, I advised her I could sign up under my friend cheaper and get the same exact product. She hesitantly agreed to do what my friend was going to do (she would get less commission). I decided against signing up under her as I am not sold on that product. She then was trying to sell me a chemical peel. Mind you this is all before even discussing the dysport injections that I came in for! The chemical peel was another highly overpriced product she kept pushing on me. She even told me I could probably find it online, but you need a professional to apply it. I found the same product on Amazon for $130 and she wanted to charge $395. To put on a mask for 15 minutes?!?! No thanks. She actually tried to talk me out of using my voucher for dysport and using it for these products I can buy without needing a doctor. She asked me why I would want to put injections of a foreign substance into my forehead. I asked her why she is injecting people with botox and dysport if she thinks it is so awful. Her reply was “because that is what they want”. Once I advised, I was going to continue with getting the dysport injections and not sign up under her pyramid of Rodan & Fields and I was not getting the chemical peel (which totaled almost $700), her attitude changed drastically. As far as the injections of dysport, she did not numb my forehead with anything (I have been numbed when I have done this prior) and the injections were not even. When I raise my eyebrows, one goes up noticeably much higher than the other which means she injected too much on one side or not enough on the other side. I was going to go back, but could not get it. I would save your money and go elsewhere. You get what you pay for.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Dr. Rae at the International Academy of Facial Aesthetics World Conference 2016 in Las Vegas. As a presenter and speaker she was incredibly knowledgeable and was received by the congress at large as one of the best speakers. One participant said that the price of admission was worth it because of Dr. Rae. I Also had the opportunity to be her student during a clinical presentation and at the same time her patient during actual treatment of the NEW PDO threads for facial rejuvenation. I can tell you she is absolutely incredible. Her ability to see those subtle changes in the skin and face and the ability to convey that knowledge to her students is truly a gift. Not only can she teach but she can perform. I was able to witness her clinical ability first hand as she placed the New PDO threads in my ageing face. I’m one month short of 69 years olds and after Dr. Rae placed the Threads my face looked 15 years younger. My cheeks had lost a lot of volume and were depressed and sunken in . My jaw line was very similar and my eye area had lax skin as well. She would describe to her students( I was a student as well) the condition of the skin as she gently manipulated the contours of my face to see the desired changes that would occur after the threads were placed. . Then she would demonstrate to the students the proper technique. When the students began to work on me she would guide their hands to insure the safety and proper placement of the Threads. The results were outstanding. There are new and improved procedures being developed every day for the cosmetic industry and Dr. Rae is one of those practitioners that stays in the forefront and leads the industry in cutting edge modern techniques. I am also a Cosmetic Dentist and Facial Rejuvenation practitioner and from my experience I can tell you that Dr. Bonnie Rae is one of the best I have ever seen. I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn from her this most exciting new facial procedure. Thank You Dr. Rae for your passion and commitment to excellence. Dr. J. I went for dysport from a Groupon coupon. I think the is beautiful. I have been to a lot of aestiticians and she has a different way of looking at things. She doesn’t just patch you up. If may be a little more expensive but will last in the long run. I’m looking forward to a lot more time with her. She is sweet and takes a lot of time with you. Thank you.
