Critical: ProfessionalismI paid $70 yes $70 for this set… I was told that it was going to be extra because I got cat eye done. I knew that’s before paying. I have a soft nail bed so I wanted to do it dipped but then learned later from my mother (who got the same thing done without dip) that the gel is hard and not like soft polish. Not knowing that before making my appointment I told them I wanted dip when I scheduled the time. I walked in after finding out the gel is hard told the man doing my nails (spiked hair sat toward the front always on his phone while doing nails) that I wanted just gel. He said “no we are doing dip” I said “no I want just gel” he kept telling me no over and over so I gave up and got the dip. I was so irritated while getting my nails done. It hurt so much when he took off my previous dip. He didn’t use a tool to remove the previous he used the tips you put on for length. That made me so upset. I come here all the time and that has never been done. So we get to the cat eye part… he didn’t do anything else but run a magnet over my nails!!!!!!! That’s $15 extra!!! I thought to myself you’re kidding me right. We finish and he says alright get up we’re done. I was taken back by that. I got to pay and here is what I was charged.$5- removal of my previous (I’ve never been charged for removal and I’ve been getting my nails done consistently for the last 2 years)$15- for the cat eye$50-for the dipI tipped $5 because of his poor serviceI will unfortunately not be returning the owner is a nice man but some of his staff is very very rude. I felt over charged and like I was a waste of the mans time. I get my nails done as a calming activity, something I should feel good about every 3 weeks. I found a place that now only charges me $80 for what I usually get done here.
