First off, the owner is such a sweetheart! She followed proper safety procedures & was gentle in her application process. I scheduled a brow wax & tint — after a few hours, I realized I didn’t really like the look, so I sent the owner a picture, asking if some tweaks could be made. I’ve never had this service before, so I was expecting to receive an answer opposite of what I was hoping for. To my surprise, I received an immediate response stating that I could come back in the next day for my brows to be fixed! She was so understanding and even apologetic that I wasn’t satisfied. I went back the next day & she worked her magic. I will definitely be back in soon! Thanks again
