Untrained staff! I went for a fill today and the lady had no idea what she was doing. She first put more fill on the tips of my nail and then the nail beds that needed to be filled were totally untouched. I had to show her and have her spend another 20mins starting over. Then she didn’t know how to shape the nail so it looked like crater bumps that were on a box. Another lady came to look and have to give her direction to try and help the situation. I finally had to take the file myself to attempt to correct the mess, unfortunately it ended with me giving up and just letting her put nail polish on since no one knew how to fix the mess there. Now I have to go to another place and pay again to fix it. I wish I never paid them. Last, they had the nerve to tell me my nails are different and that’s why some are narrower than others!! First I’ve heard it in 15 years of doing my nails, safe to say I’ll never be back and felt the need to leave a review. My nails are thick, unnatural, and flat- this is now how nails should be.

Usually getting a pedicure is a necessary evil for me. It’s uncomfortable, and I kind of hate it—but not at Be Be Too’s. They are so gentle and thorough. The whole business is very clean as well. I will definitely be back.

I went to get a plain regular manicure. I was talked into getting a gel manicure. I’d never had one and I mentioned that I heard they ruin your nails. The gal assured me they didn’t and that removing the polish was easy. So I gave it a try.

Guess I’m one of few who think this salon gives great service. Tremendously friendly, courteous, and I think $30 for a manicure and pedicure is beyond fantastic. I know that was a promotional – but it has lasted over 3 months – so I’m psyched and happy!

This place is disgusting. They only cater to their regular customers. If you are a walk-in they will take the money from you but not give you the service worth the money. I went for a pedicure manicure. They hardly scrubed and massaged my foot. I would have done a better job at home with the kit I have. The lady was so distracting that she did not even put the polish properly on my nails.

Pedicure and manicure were fast, lasted only 13 min each. Very dissatisfied with the quality of the service as well. It seems they put more effort with their usual clients. I’m not coming back to this place.

Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews. I’ve been going here for years now and I think they do a great job, you need to find a technician that you like, not everyone does nails the same. Prices are average and actually on the lower side for this area of NJ.
