Honestly they really do have great service. The workers are very nice and willing to converse if you are. They do great work. I do admit, if they are given a short notice of time they scramble to get the job done but it still turns out pretty descent. I have gotten a pedicure, eyebrow waxing, manicure and acrylic sets. I always return and have had no issues within the 6 months coming here. The people with bad reviews here probably were bad customers demanding/expecting too much.

Not very accommodating or polite for that matter. I am not a “usual” customer because of my work I am not always able to come to the New Jersey nail place but every other month. Love this place. They do a great job with my nails. The only downfall is that they are under staffed so its better to make an appointment otherwise, you won’t get service as easily.

Went there cuz my usual place was booked up. The woman couldn’t replicate the shape I asked for no matter how much I described the simple “natural” shape I wanted. Even after I shaped one of the nails myself she still changed it after I showed her and proceeded to do all the nails the wrong shape. She cut up my cuticles with the buffing machine and left my nails all uneven. She went all out and took all the old acrylic off one hand then didn’t bother with any of the old acrylic on the other hand even tho a few clearly needed to be removed and updated. It all ended up much more expensive then I expected it to be. I will never go back there.
