2 stars for me! It would be 1, but the people were very nice! Besides, the nice service, though, my nails look horrible and I spent $80!! YES $80!!! BUT I HATE THEM! I got gel x and it was the most painful nail experience of my life, the light burned so much and the nails look sloppy af! So disappointed! Hope you will have a better experience than me or don’t, i probably wouldn’t go back and I don’t recommend you do either!

I was a little scared because of all the bad reviews, but I gave it a shot and did a walk-in for dip nails and after waiting 30 minutes they were able to see me, Lydia did them perfectly! Best mani I’ve had in a while, still no chips and we’re at 2 weeks (usually I have many chips by now!) I’ll be going back

Made a reservation ahead of time, entered the shop and never got service. Three people walked in after us and immediately got service, meanwhile I was sitting there for ~20 minutes with not even a word mentioned to me except for asking what I want and to wait.

Bad really bad manicure!!! I stop by this past weekend, the lady who did my manicure gel, she don’t know how to work, I had to repeat several times to cut my nails and to cut the cuticles! I like The Commons, but this business is cero star! Manicure

Got my 1 foot pedicure. Beautiful facility, recliner, massager chairs with manicure and pedicure availability. Debbie took care of my foot within 15 minutes. Maintenance is so worth it.

Really bad service and manicure. My nails chipped off the day after, the polish lifted etc. Had to wait 3hrs for service even though I set an appointment. I don’t recommend!

STAY AWAY!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! If I could get them zero stars I would. They have terrible customer service. I waited 40 minutes when I was told it would be a 10 minute wait and was never seen. People who walked in without appointments after me were taken in while I was just left there sitting with no update.
