I LOVE BB Wax! The owner, Carla, is all heart & extremely talented. She takes pride in all that she does. Yes, you will leave receiving the best waxing treatment your body deserves…but more than that, you will leave feeling really taken care of. Carla manages to infuse what can be an uncomfortable experience into something you just want to keep going back to for more! I have been going to BB Wax for almost 5 years, in the SF location. I am overjoyed to know I now have a location to stop in when I’m in Marin visiting family. The most AMAZING experience. I have never had such great care and concern during a waxing service, nor a higher standard of professionalism. From the moment you enter the salon there is a calming, clean and peaceful atmosphere. Carla has trained her staff in her expertise, and it is an experience like no other. Her breathing techniques for the client during the service makes you forget everything, and they all know how to make the client feel special, appreciated, cared for beautiful. Perfection is their standard and nothing short of it will happen. And make certain to shop her Brazilian bikinis – you will want them all! I just wanted to give a shout out to Carla and BBWax. I have been looking for a dedicated place to get waxing services and finally there is one in Mill Valley. There are a million hair salons but no waxing salons. Carla, the owner, is beyond gracious and lovely, and because she’s new to the area (just opened a few months ago even though she’s had a place in SF for a while) I wanted to share my positive experience for anyone else looking for an amazing esthetician. From the modern and clean vibe inside the salon, to the care Carla and her staff take with each client, I am so happy I found her. You will not be disappointed!!
