I liked this location because it is idol free and the workers rarely communicate to each other (you don’t feel like you’re being gossipped about) but it’s hit or miss. You should do your research before going and know what and with whom you want. Michelle is the hands down BEST for pedicures. Kim is your acrylic queen. I’ve had horrendous gel work there…a white manicure and a French tip. Make an appointment! I’ve seen them turn people away. I have been seen without an appointment and that’s when the work sucks. The owner is a great business woman but can come off a bit cold.

Lady who did my nails was very nice. Place was clean and all the employees were wearing masks so that was good. However when i got home the gel mani i paid 40 dollars for wiped off except for the base coat. I dont know if the nail polish was old or if it just didnt cure right but im pretty disappointed.

Sad to leave such a bad rating, but this place was just so overpriced for what I got. I paid $40 for a classic pedicure and was charged extra because I had some gel on my nails from before. Ladies were not friendly and the pedicure at times was painful! It seemed like the polish they used was old as well so it smudged at some point in the evening totally disappointed.

The first time I went here I was “that” customer who was on a time limit and let me tell you KIM WAS AMAZING!!!!! She quickly did my nails and I mean they were terrible due to a previous shops work. I got them done 3 weeks ago and other than new growth they still look the exact same!! She did them so quick, I love her!!!! I’ve found my new nail tech… setting an appointment now! 🙂

My new favorite nail salon in the South Bay, they’re very friendly and professional. They care a lot about making their customers happy. They don’t gossip like some other nail salons I’ve been at. It feels more like a spa. I took my mom and grandma here today and my grandma said she loves it here, and will definitely come back.
