BB’s Barber Shop

Positive: Punctuality, ValueI come here regularly since it’s the closest barber shop to my house and good barber shops are hard to come by in Lancaster. Every time I’ve gone I’ve gotten amazing cuts from some very professional and upstanding people. I highly recommend this place but the only reason I can’t give it a full 5 stars is due to their choice in certain personnel. I don’t care what background anyone comes from as long as they do a good job but during my latest visit I got one of the rudest barbers I’ve had in a while. I didn’t catch his name but he was bald and had a hand tat and was pretty tall. I was unsure of my cut and he rolled his eyes and gave me attitude to start off. During the cut he shook my head around like he was guessing what he got for a Christmas present and was aggressive with his clippers like he was shearing sheep. At the end of it all when I payed he didn’t even offer to give me change assuming I was gonna tip him even though his attitude stunk and his work was average at best. He just leaned up against his counter arms crossed and stared me down. I can’t say not to come to this barber shop just because of one bad experience or one bad barber but I do advise would be customers to watch out for this dude. Maybe he was just having a bad day and took it out on me but regardless it’s not an excuse for the behavior taken. I come here regularly since it’s the closest barber shop to my house and good barber shops are hard to come by in Lancaster. Every time I’ve gone I’ve gotten amazing cuts from some very professional and upstanding people. Critical: ValueNice guys, it’s just they don’t know how to cut hair. Poor uneven fade, lots of leftover uncut hairs. Even the guys who run the place just use clippers and a comb to shorten the top and sides, completely looks like garbage. What a waste considering there are many GOOD shops in the area.Services: Scissor cut, Buzz cut

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityYou can tell that the people that work here take pride in their establishment. Everything is really tidy and clean. After one person is done cutting hair they sweep not only their vicinity but the entire floor gets a quick sweeping. I have tried many of the barber’s here and they all do a great job. You can tell that the people that work here take pride in their establishment. Everything is really tidy and clean. After one person is done cutting hair they sweep not only their vicinity but the entire floor gets a quick sweeping. I have tried many of the barber’s here and they all do a great job.
