Bill (the owner) did such an amazing job that my entire family went to get a hair cut! Bill was very friendly and knows exactly what he is doing!! The customer service is top 10. The young man working the front desk and the young lady who washed my hair were amazing and very professional. The salon was spotless and very clean. Products used were top tier. It was overall an amazing experience and my hair has never felt/looked this good. I got long layers with face framing. Highly recommend!

I’m new to Germantown, and was looking for a good salon. Was first surprised to see a 5 star rating from all the reviews, and wondered if they gave discounts for 5 star reviews during check out. But, all reviews were real. I had a hair cut today with Bill, and absolutely the best ever experience I have had. It took almost 40 minutes but he patiently groomed me to perfection… ! Will definitely visit again

I can’t recommend BBill salon enough. Bill is the most amazing hairdresser. I have been going to see him since I was 15–I am 27 now. In that time, I have moved to two different states and he has moved salons. Doesn’t matter the distance, whenever I return home, I find the time to see him. He does an incredible job every time. He never fails to find the perfect color blonde and does a great job blending it so it looks extremely natural as it grows out. He is so kind and nice, always asking me about my family & life.
