She has a magical touch. She is very gentle. My hair came out very silky and bouncy. And, my cut is precise. I must say that Bianca exceeded my expectations. Critical: ProfessionalismCustomers pay a fee to book appointments if you cancel she keep your money, I made a mistake and cancel an appointment instead of rescheduling but I contact owner right away to let her know what happened and she claimed she was going to look into it at my next appointment Which never happened because she ended up canceling the appointment on that day do to the inspection of her facility. I was traveling a few days later and she wasn’t able to accommodate me at all so just imagine my frustration, traveling overseas with friends and family and a messy hair.She wasn’t happy about me insinuating that it was her responsibility as a owner to try to accommodate me so she decided not to do my hair ever again, at this point I had booked 3 more appointments with her all 3 charged me fees of $53, it been almost 5 months and an upcoming December 3rd appointment and the only money I have received was the money for the day she cancel my appointment minus $3 fee the bank charge for return services a fee she should of pay the bank not me.I have been very respectful and patient and she block my number so now I have no means of communication with her, I try calling and texting her from my husband and daughter phone so I know she knows I’m trying to get in contact with her and she don’t care, what type of business is she running?
