Went in for a Pedi, I’m used to them using the “cheese shredder”, not here. I wear sandals a lot and my heels dry and crack. Asked if she could smooth them out, she said use Vaseline every night.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in Friday about 5:30 and there was only one person getting their nails done so I thought perfect! I had shellac done on my nails and today Monday it was already coming off. So I went back and this time no one was in there. I asked to get my nails fixed and they acted like I didn’t get my nails done there on Friday!!!! They fixed it but they acted like they we so put out! If they didn’t want to fix them they shouldn’t hire people that don’t know what they’re doing!!!!! This explains why no one is there but every other nail place is packed!!!! I went in Friday about 5:30 and there was only one person getting their nails done so I thought perfect! I had shellac done on my nails and today Monday it was already coming off. So I went back and this time no one was in there. I asked to get my nails fixed and they acted like I didn’t get my nails done there on Friday!!!! Super clean, they did great on my pedicure. But unfortunately not my shellac manicure, the guy did it for me and he didn’t smooth out the edges so that it won’t peel fast, I asked him to redo my nails and still he didn’t brush the edges to smooth them! I’m so unhappy with my experience! It was the first and probably will be my last.
