I usually go to Joli nails at the Fountains but last few times I been my manicure would be awful and more of the girl refused to do dip or things I wanted. They over charge at the fountains too. I finally had it and decided to try this place. Omg let me tell you…best manicure ever. They were so nice and pampered me. I have landed two jobs w this manicure and everyone stops and tells me my nails are amazing.

When I went in, the girl who got a dip manicure (from the same employee) before me said she was on her way to another salon to fix the nails she got because they weren’t what she asked for. As I said, I got mine done from the same employee and they made some of them coffin shaped, some square, just totally uneven. It’s now 2 days later and my thumb nail has already cracked. Highly don’t recommend, this place is not the vibe. Also they dremilled my nails and cuticles so hard that my nails were hot from the friction and some of my cuticles bled!

Worst manicure I have ever gotten. The lady was filing my skin. I asked her to be more careful but it kept on happening. I work in the dental field and now thanks to her I have cuts all over my fingers. I got a matte top coat but she didn’t cover the whole nail. So now I have matte nails with shiny areas. Very unhappy. Will not go there again.

B B Nails is my go to nail salon. Nikki is my nail lady and she does a great job every time. I highly recommend her. I haven’t had to wait more than 5 minutes. Great place! All the nail techs are friendly.

I’m from out of town but had a broken nail so I tried this salon. I was told $25 plus $3 for the broken nail. Ok. I pointed out that I wanted the same gyms on my nails like I currently had. She said $15 more. Ok. She repaired the broken nail, and wasn’t going to fill the others. I pointed out that it had been 10 days and I wanted them all to match. You’d think for $43 I wouldn’t have to point that out. She said charge extra. Omg….fine. She put on stones one the first nail, to big. She said that’s what I had. I said no, they were smaller. She got smaller ones. All done. Drive to Yuba City where I’m visiting family and on the drive 11 gyms fell off. She didn’t glue them down. I paid $48 plus a $5 tip for my nails to look awful and instantly need to be redone. Sitting at a salon right now.
