Worst pedicure! Went in for Mani and Pedi but after my Pedi I decided not to do my mani… All she did is cut & file my nails poorly rub exfoliating scrb on my feet & legs not even massage & the nail polish was lumpy I expressed my concern and the lady didn’t care no one did they all started talking in their language and I walked out & went somewhere else to get my nails repainted. I paid double since I still had to pay & then go elsewhere to get them redone & get a mani. Never again!

I don’t have time to go back as I work full time and when I called they said they don’t do refunds that I have to come in. I don’t want to come back and have my nails done again to have the gel to come back off. The products are obviously bad or maybe the techs aren’t trained on basic gel but super irritating to pay $35 for a gel mani to barely be massaged and the gel to come off in a day. I don’t have time to go back as I work full time and when I called they said they don’t do refunds that I have to come in. Always a good experience when having my nails done with Jay. Very detailed oriented, and comes up with custom designs, and requests. This is a spooky non typical Halloween, with cat eye polish.

I went to BB Nail Spa for a manicure and a pedicure. I had the worst pedicure that I have ever had, in my life. I paid $30 so that I could get my legs massaged. What I got was not a massage but very hard rubbing that left my legs hurting. My feet look worse than they did when I went in. After this experience there was no way I was going to pay for a botched manicure. I consider myself a good tipper but I refused to tip someone who gave such horrible service. I will never again set foot in that “spa”. Now, I have no choice but to go and pay for services at another spa.

The sign read $30 but I was charged $45. The entire time I was there the employees were yelling back and forth and at times it felt as if they were talking about me. It took them over an hour for a simple fill and base color and when I left I had gel all up under my nails. He also obviously can’t color in the lines because i have nail color all over my fingers. Terrible service, 10/10 would NOT recommend.

When we first moved to the area, BB Nails was wonderful. They have gone downhill since. The last two times I’ve been there, I waited over an hour after my appointment time. Today it was for a rushed pedicure with sloppy paint and no lotion or massage at all. So disappointed. Time to find a new salon.
