I went to several nail salons when I moved to Ponte Vedra a couple years ago. I struggled to find a salon, until BB nails.I love BB Nails! I go to Chris and he does a great job with my nails. He and Vivian are awesome and everyone at the salon is VERY nice.

Vivian and Chris -owner’s- are the ABSOLUTE BEST! They work incredibly hard, are very accommodating and very gifted manicurists/etc. I’ve been going to them for YEARS and I’m a very picky client as relates to my gel manicure/ pedicure’s. They do their work impeccably. I would recommend their services to ANYONE, sincerely.

This review is NOT based on the quality of nails, but the quality of service. This morning I came in at 11:05 to meet my friend to get a manicure done and we came to try out a new place. Since she came exactly at 11, she got service promptly. Since I was a bit late, I had to wait. No worries. After 30 minutes seeing everyone still busy, I said maybe I should come back later. The man doing my friend’s nails said “yes come back another day we’re busy.” Normal business practice is to just ask to wait, but shortly after to prove his point he went over to a woman that came in AFTER me and did her nails. Maybe she made an appointment or she’s a regular but I won’t be back here because they obviously don’t need anymore business.

I enjoy spending time and having a pedicure and manicure at AB Nails. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean with new chairs and tables. Tracie is my nail tech and has done my nails for years. She is very professional and meets all of my expectations. Tracie is kind and courteous to all clients that come into the salon. She and all of the technicians strive to make everyone happy and satisfied in every way. I highly recommend AB Nails to my family and friends!!!!!!!!!

I had a terrible experience with another salon, and made an appointment at BB to get a fill and see if they could help fix my existing set. They were so kind and took the time to explain why my last set was uncomfortable and fixed it, even though it wasn’t their work.
