Critical: QualityHorrible experience . My usual nail tech was over booked so I said anyone could service me. The owner did my nails and from start to finish he was in a complete RUSH. I even asked him are you in a rush! He didn’t polish all of my nails, he barely buffed me, he drilled me in about 60 seconds and he didn’t even allow me to wash my hands . Horrible experience . My usual nail tech was over booked so I said anyone could service me. The owner did my nails and from start to finish he was in a complete RUSH. I even asked him are you in a rush! He didn’t polish all of my nails, he barely buffed me, he drilled me in about 60 seconds and he didn’t even allow me to wash my hands . This time I had Vivian who was very sweet and provided me with information to get the best deal and service with my visit. She did an amazing job with my dip manicure and gel pedicure! This is my second time here after a few months. I had Larry the first time and he was great! Was very patient with my indecisiveness. This time I had Vivian who was very sweet and provided me with information to get the best deal and service with my visit. She did an amazing job with my dip manicure and gel pedicure! I highly recommend either of them!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI got a gel acrylic set with flakes. The nail artist was quiet but, kind. Built a nice nail but, I paid $70 plus tip to get good quality gel nails. Day one, the gel already scraped off. Day two, two nails popped off. Less than a week later all nails but the two that were repaired (same location) by a different tech, have all popped off. You can’t even see that my nails had been done. Normally there would be ridges and layers of original nail flaking up. Also, I had lifting by day one. I don’t even work, I stay at home. No hard labor, not even hand washing dishes or floors. I tipped both times I returned for repairs. After ALL the nails fell off, they said they can’t do anything about it! The nail dust was everywhere too. Same nail files and instruments used on multiple clients and not sanitized. I got a gel acrylic set with flakes. The nail artist was quiet but, kind. Built a nice nail but, I paid $70 plus tip to get good quality gel nails. Day one, the gel already scraped off.
