BB Makeup Cosmetic Bar

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have gone to BB a couple of times this year to have my makeup professionally done, and every time I have been impressed. The most recent time was a couple of weeks ago, I contacted them about possibly fitting me in last minute (on a Saturday even). My dad had unexpectedly passed away, and I wanted to just not worry about anything on the day of his service. I wanted to look beautiful on the outside, even if I was crumbling on the inside. Brianne fit me in, and then the night before his service we had 18 inches of snow dumped on us. With it being an early morning appointment I had expected to have to cancel, but the exact opposite happened. I showed up on time, and Brianne was personally shoveling a path to the front door of the business. And like I said, there was a TON of snow. It would of been completely understandable if they needed to reschedule, but she made sure that I was able to still have my appointment. I will forever be grateful for how above and beyond she went that day, especially on one of the hardest days of my life. My makeup turned out amazing of course, but it was everything else that was done that day that will ensure a repeat customer. I have gone to BB a couple of times this year to have my makeup professionally done, and every time I have been impressed. The most recent time was a couple of weeks ago, I contacted them about possibly fitting me in last minute (on a Saturday even).
