Critical: ProfessionalismI went in with long hair for a trim and lost over 6 inches of length (he also layered it and my shortest layer is now near my shoulder). I asked to get the tips trimmed due to color damage but the hairdresser cut off any hair that had color. That was completely unnecessary and unexpected.Update: Looking at the layers he gave me, they’re very uneven. My shortest layer is above my shoulder and weirdly it’s shorter and thinner in the back middle than on the sides. It looks like his approach was to cut any part of my hair that had color, and then he tried to patch it up. WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! I went for keratin and they promised me that my hair would be smooth. Not even a week later, my hair was rough and poor quality, even worse than before. They said they will fix it but when I went there, they refused to fix my hair. TRUST ME, you will get ripped off. Do not come here. By far the worst experience I had with a hair salon. Too bad I can’t give 0 stars.

The man that cut her hair took off a significant length without consulting with her when all she had asked for was to remove damage at the ends. Not only that but his work was uneven. I wanted to color my hair brown and I asked him for a suggests a natural brown color. So I took his suggestion and my new hair color is so perfect. Dan is the man. I will come back again for sure. my friend went there to get her hair colored. The stylist rushed into it. Even after telling and showing how it should look, the color did not even settle in the hair, and her hair look exactly how they were before (obviously what she did not want after spending 120$ to get a new look).

We tried it for the first time and it turned out to be good. And the prices for men and kids haircut is reasonable compared to others in the area. Also not much of a wait time for a weekend evening around 4pm. Staff is friendly and was able to understand my needs.

I had Dan cut my hair.I showed him a picture of what I want and told him the exact length of hair.The haircut I had looked like a rat had chewed my hair.Hair cut was to be a u cut with 2 layers at the bottom.The haircut is a slant no shape.I had 2 people tell me I needed to fix the slant it looks uneven but my hair is so short I have to wait for it to grow back.He also took off and extra 2 inches off I think he was trying to fix the problem.
