Received the worst hair cut and color I have ever had in my life, my hair is chopped so short and choppy there is truly nothing I can do with it to make it look right! I specifically asked her to be sure I could put it up, I take care of a 6 month old and need to put it up out of the way , she was also told I like to keep it bright! I went in a pretty blonde color to now a ugly drab light brown. It went from a couple inches below my collar to above. I am heartbroken sent her a message no answer! Beware of who you get at this place no 2nd chances here! My husband and granddaughter were shocked me in tears!
