Not only was the service exceptionally slow for my friend and I, but the quality isn’t holding up either. We had appointments for mani/pedi at 4pm. They sat us for our pedicures at 4:15 and everything was going great. Once done with our pedicures, we sat for over 45 minutes before someone moved my friend to start her manicure. Another 30 minutes passed before anyone started on my manicure, by now it’s after 6pm. The entire place seemed overbooked. One week later and every one of my dipped nails has cracks and the thumbnail has even chipped off.

In town and wanted a little pampering. The girl who did my pedicure was good. My sister and I went together and hers was a rushed pedicure compared to mine and we got the same one. I appreciated the extra time but was sad to see my sister’s rushed and therefore not the same experience. She was fine about 15 minutes before me and started about 3 minutes before me.

We had an appointment at 1230 for 2 basic pedicures and did not get seated for at least 45 minutes. We waited in the pedicure chair for another half hour with cold water and had one technician trying to do both of our pedicures. People that walked in after us for an appointment scheduled at 1 got seated and their pedicures started first.
