As always my experience today at Bayport Athletic Recovery was amazing. The space is always clean and the amazing scent draws you in immediately. I have tried most of the services there cold plunge, sauna, led full body, facials. My most recent experience was an LED facial and recovery air. I always walk away feeling rejuvenated and relaxed when I leave here. My girlfriends and I try to make a spa day here every few months and we are never disappointed. Isar is wonderful, kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend trying this Veteran owned local business no matter which services you choose you will enjoy.

Bayport Athletic Recovery is an amazing place to go for your overall wellness. The space is spotless and the minute you walk in the door, you feel relaxed with the soft playing music and inviting scents. My girlfriends and I have been there many times, and each and every time we leave feeling invigorated and refreshed! Isar is extremely knowledgeable and is always available to answer any questions we may have in terms of skin products, body aches and overall guidance for recovery. I have personally used the cold plunge, the facial, the sauna and the recovery air. My husband and I are scheduling hot stone massages as well. Regardless of your needs, Bayport Recovery has what you need, Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

Had an amazing time here. First off – it’s beautiful, so clean, and really peaceful inside. We had the opportunity to try most of the services and I left feeling rejuvenated to say the least. Not only was the experience at Relax n Revive incredibly beneficial, both physically and mentally, but my overall mood has noticeably lifted as well. If you are at all interested in wellness practices, whether you are someone who does not have a ton of time for self care routines OR someone who delves deeply into self care routines regularly, this place is absolutely worth a visit. Additionally, it is a veteran-owned local business and it is obvious that the owner, Isar, is really committed to providing a welcoming space where people can enjoy the benefits. Of all the services here, I had never tried a cold plunge prior to my visit, but I hardly felt nervous because Isar made us feel so welcome, safe, and comfortable from the very beginning – I appreciated that very much. The overall experience was truly elevating, informative, and fun! Very excited that they are in the neighborhood and I’m certain that we’ll be back soon!
