I have thick frizzy hair and Bayo always does such a beautiful job coloring and styling it. She stays current with styles and techniques in hair care. She couldn’t be any nicer! Before Bayo I tried many salons and stylists, but once I found her I was thrilled with my hair. I get many complements on my color. I highly recommend Bayo and Bayo’s Salon.

Horrible customer service! I attempted this salon as part of the Aveda brand and I was beyond disappointed. Rude, horrible customer service, lack in Aveda product knowledge, and there appointment system is beyond flawed. When you make an appointment here, even though you get an e-mail confirmation and walk into this salon at the scheduled time, they don’t have you on the schedule and expect you to wait 40 min even tough you had an appointment! They have no idea what to do with curly hair and treat new customers as outsiders. Will NOT be going back! Very disappointed in an Aveda salon.

2nd time coming here! The lady that last did my hair did not blend the blonde correctly and I am now seeing lines around my head. Along with she spilt dye on my 250$ jeans and they are now ruined! I will NEVER be coming back here. Very unprofessional. Not to mention she told me what I had requested isn’t what she recommends when what I requested I have been getting done for years! They don’t care to listen to the clients, the throw dye all over the place and they are rude and WAY OVERPRICED!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityBest, absolutely best, highlight and cut I have had in over 20 years…maybe ever.I have never had a highlight that lasts 8 weeks. I always have such noticeable outgrowth. The first time I went to Bayo it lasted me 10 and I probably could have gone 12-13 weeks easy.I wanted to write a review because just went for my second time yesterday and I walked out, once again, with such incredible color that matches all over and looks so natural.I’ve basically had the same haircut for 46yrs (seriously) and I have never had a cut that I could style and it would look good. Bayo nailed it. I have been going to Bao a little over a year. First, I had my brows microbladed & have received haircuts & Sweet Shampoo, which tames the frizz in my hair. She is fantastic & her new salon is amazing! I drive from Salisbury for my appointments so local people should take advantage of her expertise.
