I have been going to Renee since 2008. My former hair dresser had botched my hair and I needed major damage control! She fixed my hair and did such a great job that I have been going to her ever since! Renee discusses your vision and will explain the process. Most times I leave the decisions up to her because I trust her that much! She is constantly learning new techniques and her passion for doing hair really shows! I feel at home when I am in her chair and there is always good conversation and lots of laughs! Her salon studio is extremely clean and beautifully decorated and her effort to satisfy her clients really shows in the small details that she so thoughtfully plans out! I always leave her chair satisfied and excited to come back and see her again!

She takes the time to listen to what you want, is honest, and understands how important healthy hair is. She will get you that blonde color you want …..safely. In the salon! She talked me through some different options and told me to trust her, so I did. I’m now 33 and haven’t gone to anyone else, and she hasn’t made me cry since then! The Bayla Hair experience is like no other !!!! From the moment you walk in it’s such a vibe. From the beautiful decor, photo perfect lighting, to the music playing in the background. Renee took her time asking me questions about my hair and what look I was looking to achieve as far as haircut and coloring. She went through the process and asked what I felt comfortable with each step of the way. I love how she makes you a part of the process. She has drinks and snacks for her clients to enjoy. A comfy area to sit while you’re under the Halo processor where you can enjoy you’re favorite shows from Netflix and Amazon on the TV.
