Guy at the front desk is very rude. Doctors themselves are respectful but the receptionist is not. Asked me to wear a mask and I asked if I had to even if I was vaccinated (was very respectful). Responded with a very bad attitude and I left the office and canceled my appointment. Once they replace the receptionists with much more respectful people I will come back here.

Facility was modern and clean. Staff was very kind on both floors for check-in. I had a 3 a clock appointment and arrived around 2:30. I waited only a few minutes prior to being called up and by the time everything was completed it was 3:07. I’m very pleased with the wait time, staff, and doctor. Dr. Perez was kind, knew her knowledge and information and was able to quickly identify anything during my appointment. Disregard negative reviews, this is definitely a great dermatologist and I will be coming back again. -Erika

Went for my first visit, so far so good. Assistant Jennifer and Dr.Nicole listened patiently and intently to me, and started taking care of my skin conditions right away. My adult son also went there previously for diagnosis and treatment of Shingles, was prescribed a cream and pills and recovered quickly !

I called this place on July 26 for an appointment. They told me the PA could see me On August 13. I was shocked and told them I was not interested in seeing a physician‘s assistant I wanted to see the doctor. They gave me an appointment for August 20. Two weeks before my appointment, they called me and asked me if I was coming in that day. I said my appointment is not until the 20th. The nasty and confused receptionist said no you have an appointment today and your daughter has one too. I don’t have a daughter. I told her they had the wrong person and my appointment was on the 20th. I asked her to confirm my appointment at that time which she did.

I base on who and where I go by the reviews I read on here. Some of the reviews that patients left almost made me not want to come to them all together. I went yesterday to get a skin tag removed, because of the reviews I was really nervous and worried that something will go wrong. Not the case at all. Dr. Jenifer was amazing. Medical billing fraud- do not use this practice. They submitted my son’s tissue sample for payment using the same billing code and use the same lab (that had different billing addresses) Not happy at all with the length of time we had to wait – we were not seen at the scheduled appointment time even though we arrived considerably early.
