Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI could say a lot more about this place but ill stick to the facts. Sherry came in LATE with 5 kids asking how we got in! Obviously the door was unlocked. Then she was dressed like she was lounging at home and had a scarf on her head! Then she doubled booked me and the other person there, and accused me of coming in at the wrong time, until I showed her the text she sent me confirming my appointment. Then of course, she “remembered”. Never rescheduled just got a refund. Dont waste your time or money! Horrible service. I could say a lot more about this place but ill stick to the facts. Sherry came in LATE with 5 kids asking how we got in! Obviously the door was unlocked. Then she was dressed like she was lounging at home and had a scarf on her head! I called two weeks ago to schedule and Sherry asked me to text her my availability to schedule the appointments. Right after the call I texted her three different days and times I was available, Sherry let me know she could not due those days/times and to give her other times. I thought this was odd since it would be easier for her to let me know the times she has availability instead of going back and forth. I asked for her availability and never got a response back. My boyfriend had purchased two Swedish massages. I called two weeks ago to schedule and Sherry asked me to text her my availability to schedule the appointments. Right after the call I texted her three different days and times I was available, Sherry let me know she could not due those days/times and to give her other times. Worst customer service ever. Bought a Groupon for two swedish massages. Gave them to my girlfriend and one of her closest friends. They set the appt for about 3 weeks out, which was yesterday (June 12). First of all it was very difficult to get a response or reply to phone calls, voicemails, texts, etc, but someone did finally and after we did, she got confirmation of the massage for two. My GF tries to confirm the day before that they are still scheduled. No reply. So my GF and her friend show up for their appt and no one is at the office and the office is not open. So they wait and try to establish communications again to ask if they were still scheduled. The response, see attached images. So my GF asks “Should we stay?” No reply. 5 minutes later responds with she had that proof in her messages of the appointment. GF then asks if she was going to show up. Nothing else. Told her nevermind, we would be asking for a refund. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. For a customer facing business that relies on people and good advertising, Sherry is very unreliable and not very customer focused or friendly. This is not a way to operate a business. Not to mention also that their google listing puts them in Lynn Haven, when they ARE NOT. The place my GF was directed to is in Callaway at a beat up, vacant, small, run-down office/hotel building. Place looks really sketchy to start off and that was a big turn off when they arrived. I don’t blame Groupon, but they gave me a refund when I called them. I reported them to Groupon as well, as a questionable merchant on their platform. I should have read more reviews than the ones that are probably just friends hyping the rating for this business. Sad that it couldn’t have been a better experience.
