Critical: Quality, ValueThis place is definitely not worth it!My girlfriend and I went in for manicures and pedicures with gel Polish.I got a little nail art. The man who helped us over the phone and checked us in was very friendly and helpful.Neither of our gel manicures lasted over two days. They ended up with scuffs and chips, which I haven’t had before with other gel manicures, no matter what I did with my hands.We went back to get them redone with regular polish since we knew the gel wouldn’t be worth the hassle.Luckily they were understanding and had no problem with that. The technician fixing my nails essentially told me it was my fault that my nails were ruined when in reality, a great manicure with gel polish would hold up extremely well, that’s why we pay extra for it.There’s probably better places but the experience was cool. Best pedicure in a long time. Been going to a different place but no longer! Mary was exactly who I needed to work on my feet. She was gentle but got the job done so well. Checked to make sure the big toes were cleaned up and comfortable. Plus she made sure the color was what I wanted before she did them all. Will go back to Mary again!

Went Sunday and I believe Roxy, at least that is what was on her shirt but I’m really not sure of her name, did my pedicure and full set. Definitely not coming back. The pedicure was a joke. I think she may have been new and my nails were bulky and messy. One fell off last night after only 3 days ♀️ and I’m editing cause I can’t reply to the comment that the store left me.. yes it was this place, yal are next to the krogers. It wasn’t just me that went. My 2 daughters went as well and they also had similar experiences. Hope yal do better in the future.

Bay colony is the best, they know what they are doing, and the prices are unbeatable. Every time I end up going to another salon (aka Citrus) I wish I would have gone here. I am a difficult customer, I’m super picky and I bring them crazy photos of nails. They always do a good job, the ladies are super nice and helpful, I spend almost half as much anddd the mimosas are on piont. Christine is very patient and did these galaxy nails for me!

Terrible job ! I went in at 6:30pm the lady that helped me her name is Aimee she was so rushed and rough that every time she would apply a tip she would throw the glue on the desk and drops of glue would fly and land on my FACE ! A drop was so close to getting inside my eye ! She was so rough filing my nails she was filling my fingers instead of my nails! Not to mention the nails are horrible and sloppy! And i was charged $50 for that ! Worst experience I’ve ever had

I took my grandaughter for mani/pedis. They didn’t offer us options, so we both got standard pedicures. They got frustrated with my 5 year old grandaughter because they were trying to get her to do one color, and she wanted a rainbow on her toes. The paint jobs was sloppy and chipped even though it was gel polish. And neither of us received any kind of foot/leg massage.
