First timer: I was on my way out of town, and didn’t have time to go to my manicurist. This place was downstairs from my dental office so I ran in to get gel ails freshened up. The salon is huge as they do hair as well as having at least 15-20 mani/pedi stations. I needed a repair on a broken thumbnail. The fix was lousy and when I pointed out that spot wasn’t smooth, manicurist told me it was okay…smh. N-e-way, my time was limited, and I knew that I would not be going there again. Perhaps the regular clients have had better experiences. I also had a pedicure which was just “Okay.” Color selections are good.

I generally don’t like report my bed experience because I think everyone can make mistakes but they don’t treat people honestly. I got my gel done 5 days ago and two of my fingers got mess I couldn’t go back the day after because I have babies and job so I went yesterday afternoon at 5 p.m to get fix they said they were about to close so I ask if I could come back today. I went back they make me wait 45 minutes after a manager came to ask me why I wait so long. I start to get very irritated also because they start to talk foreign language and laugh. At that point she wants to file my nail and I got super irritated because the only things I want was removed from the two fingers and put back the gel! Well I always try to support new business I live cross the street and having a baby isn’t easy to find time but I prefer to drive somewhere alse. You lost me and my friends as a costumer!

Got the worst manicure this morning. I live near by and always want to support my local businesses. These guys need to train their manicurists to do professional job. I could have done much better myself at home. Not worth the money!
