Unlike other massage therapists, she was able to modulate her pressure without telling me to “breathe through” pain. There was, however, a moment of tension when I asked (three days in advance) to reschedule the set of massages due to a conflict one of my housemates had, and I think that it would have been useful to know about what sorts of cancellation policy they had in advance.
